Been staying at the Irvine location for a while now and although there have been a couple of management changes, the current people in charge, GM Brandi and AGM Anthony have taken the place back in the right direction. Special shout out to Anthony for his wonderful personality and always being able to bring a smile to your face! He will always go the extra mile to try to resolve any issue that might arise. That’s great customer service!

I have been staying at this wonderful hotel for 2 months and I have been a 100% satisfied customer from the first day. It's a great atmosphere for families and anyone that likes a peaceful experience while staying in Irvine. I highly recommend it. They have the best coffee in the mornings. It's way better than Starbucks. Everyone is very nice here. The staff here is very helpful, especially Astrid the Manager. She never stops working all day and night and no matter how busy she is, anytime I have needed help, she has been very helpful and it has made an impression on me. I believe with her hard work, great communication and friendly personality she has made this place a very pleasant hotel to stay at. I'm really glad I found this place. The location is great! The freeway is so close along with a lot of shopping from all directions.
Plenty of parking the most gorgeous sunsets! We stay long term and have been here about 6months and the grounds are clean. The front desk staff specifically brandy Ibeh and Anthony (the asst manager ) have always been kind respectful and addressed any issues quickly. Those two care about this hotel and their residents and will go above and beyond for your comfortability.
This is the best place that I’ve been to since I’ve been in California. I would not go nowhere else. This is the best hotel. I’ve stayed in yet. They got very good service very good people and the rooms are clean so if there’s anywhere I would go it would be the Extended StayAmerica. Spectrum Irvine

I’ve been staying at Extended Stay America since Tuesday, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, the service has been excellent. The property is clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want when you need a place to stay for a few days or longer. What really made the difference during my stay was the manager, Anthony. He has been extremely professional, respectful, and helpful the entire time I’ve been here. It’s clear that he truly cares about the guests and about maintaining a welcoming environment. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he handled it quickly and with a great attitude. It’s not every day you come across management that goes out of their way to make sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. Anthony sets a great example of what good customer service looks like. Also Delia went above and beyond as well providing great customer service and supplied me with a toaster and coffee maker. Extremely grateful for her hospitality. I appreciate the hospitality and the positive experience during my stay. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
